Art Show Entry Info/Forms 2012
The Art Show is moving from the Legion
building to the new Cultural Center on the main street. It is located
on the north side, 1/2 block west of the blinking light.
Up to five pieces per entrant will be accepted on Friday, August 3, from 4 to 7 pm at the new Cultural Center, 110 W 3rd Street. Entries will be released on Sunday, August 5, from 5 to 6 pm.
The show will be open for viewing Friday evening from 7 to 9 pm, Saturday from 9 am to 9 pm, and Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm.
The show has 3 divisions: Grades K-6, Grades 7-12 and Adult.
Awards: participation ribbon-one to each entrant; Best Two-Dimensional; Best Three-Dimensional; Best Photography; Honorable Mention(s); Best of Show; Best of Theme; People's Choice.
Art show visitors will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite entry until 4 pm on Sunday. The winner will be determined by 5 pm.
Only artwork that is of the artist's own original design; NO crafts or kits, and has never won an award at a previous Wilber Czech Festival Art Show, and is acceptable for viewing by the general public will be accepted.
Please pre-register, especially if artwork is over sized. This helps in preparing for the best possible display of work.
